Interior design is a strategic discipline that involves understanding human needs, interpreting social and cultural contexts, and designing environments that promote well-being, improve quality of life, and respond to the contemporary challenges of our society. Interior designers work with form, materiality, light, and technology to create meaningful, functional, and emotionally engaging spaces. Every interior tells a story, actively participates in our daily lives, and becomes the setting where relationships are built, identities are shaped, and futures are imagined. Designing interiors is, ultimately, about designing how we inhabit life.
